Summit Haven Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Tulsa. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of about 644 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about resident services. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Basic SEO knowledge.
