Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Nova Quill Civic Services and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about constituent requests. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
