Redstone Clear Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in San Jose working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about accessibility audits. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Basic SEO knowledge.
