Silverline Timber Insurance is looking for a Senior Content Writer. The job centres on plain-language guides for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about policy renewals. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
