Stonegate Lakeside Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Richmond area. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
