Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Westbrook Granite Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Memphis, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about lease compliance. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
