Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Westbrook Drift Banking Services Group is looking for a Senior Content Writer. The job centres on plain-language guides for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about account openings. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
