Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Stonegate Bridge Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around St. Louis design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about survey data. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
