Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Glen Telecom and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service installations. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
