Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Rivermark Cross Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Houston, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
