Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Bluepeak Nest Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Knoxville, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about repair requests. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
