Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Quill Telecom and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about network equipment. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
