Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Redstone Iron Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around New Orleans, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about family communication. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
