Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Cross Transit Planning and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about route schedules. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Basic SEO knowledge.
