You would join a small organisation of about 51 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about client intake. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing.
