Clearpath Orchard Civic Services is looking for a Senior Content Writer. The job centres on plain-language guides for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about permits. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
