Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Redstone Oak Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Memphis, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about loan files. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
