Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Ironwood Community Partners runs community programmes across Honolulu, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about benefits enrolment. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
