Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Summit Mill Banking Services is a regional lender in Memphis with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about card disputes. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
