Highbridge Corner Insurance is looking for a Senior Content Writer. The job centres on plain-language guides for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about underwriting files. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
