Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Redstone Orchard Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Oklahoma City focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of about 723 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage reports. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
