Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Drift Energy and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about hardship programmes. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
