Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Juniper Civic Services Group and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about case files. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
