Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Silverline Junction Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of about 210 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about maintenance stores. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
