Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Rivermark Logistics is an insurance company in Austin with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about underwriting files. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
