Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Fernwood Stone Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Colorado Springs focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
