Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Keystone Banking Services and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of about 792 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
