Stonegate Harbor Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Colorado Springs focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing.
