Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Fernwood Thistle Learning Group Associates is an education provider in Tucson serving students and families, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about student accounts. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
