Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Nova Harbor Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Content Writer. The job centres on plain-language guides for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fare systems. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with fare systems.
