Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Fern Energy and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing disputes. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
