Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Northwind Corner Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. You would join a small organisation of about 137 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about maintenance stores. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
