Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Redstone Bright Learning Group is an education provider in Austin serving students and families, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about attendance records. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
