Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Nest Community Partners and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about client intake. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
