Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Silverline Cobalt Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Cleveland, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about lease compliance. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
