Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Westbrook Quarry Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in Buffalo. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about event logistics. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
