Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Highbridge Orchard Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Kansas City area. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage reports. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
