Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Greenridge Fern Energy is an energy provider in Cleveland focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about hardship programmes. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
