Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Redstone Summit Learning Group and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Portland. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about family communication. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
