What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about meter reading. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
