Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (Philadelphia, PA)

Summit Lantern Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Philadelphia area, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about student accounts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
