Westbrook Thistle Insurance is looking for a Senior Content Writer. The job centres on plain-language guides for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about claims. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Basic SEO knowledge.
