Foxglove Cross Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Oklahoma City serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of about 574 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about loan files. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with loan files.
