Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Cedar Clear Banking Services Group and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of about 592 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about card disputes. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
