Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Lumen Stone Energy and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service connections. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with service connections.
