Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Nova Sable Insurance and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about claims. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
