Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Iron Insurance Associates and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about claims. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
