Cedar Oak Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Minneapolis, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of about 782 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about route schedules. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it.
