Senior Content Writer - plain-language guides (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Bright Stone Transit Planning and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about route schedules. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
