We are growing our team at Westbrook Cedar Banking Services and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of about 810 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with fraud alerts.
